If you’re out of food, please don’t wait for a match through us. You can: visit a local food pantry, call 211, text your zip code to 898211, or visit 211now.org for nearby food and housing resources.

Is Madison Grocery Share still operating?

Yes, until our last volunteer-based matching cycle ends December 8. After that, any continuation will depend on a partner organization taking over.

Demand remains high, volunteer availability has declined, and we believe a long-term, structured home would allow MGS to serve more people sustainably.
